I understand most people sign and don't wish to be updated after signing and it can be overwhelming with all these updates from every cause you support. Today, there's just so much you can give to one cause and I totally understand that. 

Our final step is coming and getting a victory on this would be such a great victory for democracy. You don't have to agree with Navalny's political ideals, but the political ideals that there should be opposition in politics. This man effectively made choice after choice knowing his fate will be sealed in a painful way for just the chance that Russia would ever know true democracy, to not be scared to speak out against the Kremlin out of fear of your life. This petition is more than just an address change for an embassy of a State that is a dictatorship. Staged elections are just a facade of their wanted perception of legitimacy but we all know exactly what's going on in Russia and so do many Russians. The link above is so important to this campaign being a success as government doesn't accept change.org petitions as a legal mechanism to getting a real legal result.
