A candidate for South Barwon has pledged to back Queens Park!

Hi everyone,

I have some good news to share. Ron Nelson, who is running as an independent for South Barwon, has publicly committed to our cause.

"As your independent State MP, I will pursue formal recognition of Queens Park as a separate suburb, using the boundaries proposed by residents in 2022."It's encouraging to see a candidate recognise what we've been saying since we started this petition. The pocket of Highton between the Barwon River, Queens Park Golf Course and Montpellier Basins has its own character and community identity, and it deserves a name to match."

If you'd like to know more about Ron's commitment, he's happy to hear from you on 0492 838 700 or at Ron@Vote1RonNelson.com.

Thank you all for your continued support, and please keep sharing the petition with your neighbours.
