The hour has struck Good is finally breaking the dark open, to shield the broken, the ones still breathing, and stop cradling the monsters. For too long we guarded beasts dressed in silk, elites comfortable in shadow and gold while the wounded walked alone, scars unnamed, voices treated like they didn’t exist. In Arkansas the wind is changing. Children come first now. Survivors will finally stand in daylight, heard, held, no longer ghosts everyone pretends not to see. We will not let them snuff that quiet spark again, the small bright thing still alive inside. It is time they step forward, breathe without fear, live whole lives they get to reclaim. Every innocent life is the compass now. We clear the path for the ones still coming, so they are protected, never prey. No more high seats for the masked ones who devour. No more honored names unless the honor is truth told in reckoning, measured only by the full weight of what they did. The hour has come to tear the veils down and show the faces that hid in plain sight. Let the survivors drop their own heavy masks for once, walk visible, and know safety isn’t just a wish anymore. They will be safe. They will be heard. And the light they carried from the beginning will burn bright again. I am asking this commission to be that blow that breaks the darkness to bring in the light. Let them be safe, heard and carry the light. Thank you Candice Jutz
