Some claim Becker was "just a Nazi Party member who had no choice." The evidence proves otherwise:

❌ Myth: "He didn’t have a choice—he would have lost his medical license."

✅ Fact: Becker joined the SA in 1933 voluntarily and was promoted multiple times. The SA was not mandatory for doctors

❌ Myth: "He didn’t participate in atrocities like Aktion T4."

✅ Fact: Becker worked at KWI-A, a Nazi eugenics institute, and collaborated with Fritz Lenz, who justified Aktion T4. His 1939 paper applied Nazi Marriage Health Laws, which targeted disabled people for sterilization.

❌ Myth: "He distanced himself from Nazi eugenics."

✅ Fact: Becker described himself as a ‘trained eugenicist’ in his 1939 NS-Dozentenbund questionnaire.
