Petition Update – Community Child Safety

As parents and residents, our priority is — and always will be — the safety of our children.
Concerns have been raised within our community regarding child safeguarding. While we respect the role of the authorities and the legal process, many families feel anxious and want reassurance that appropriate safeguarding measures are being followed.

This petition is not about harassment or vigilantism. It is about:

• Ensuring that all necessary legal restrictions are being properly enforced

• Requesting clear communication from local authorities about community safety

• Asking for increased visibility or reassurance patrols if appropriate

• Making sure our children can play and walk in their own street safely

We are calling on local authorities to review safeguarding arrangements and provide reassurance to residents.
