Introduction

People around the world play Roblox, and the primary audience of Roblox players seems to be children. [1] Throughout Roblox there are millions of games. One of the highest grossing ones, filled with kids, and extremely popular ones appears to be Pet Simulator X. With over 1.8 billion visits, Pet Simulator X focuses on the scheme of chance with in game currency. (aka, gambling.) While being allowed on Roblox under certain circumstances, this game has bypassed rules regarding gambling otherwise. One of these appeared in the Christmas update. [2] This update is shown to have a 'pay to win' concept that breaks a Roblox rule on having a chance to gamble Robux (currency for the Roblox platform that you can purchase for real money) by having a digital pet's chance in the gambling system be "??."[3] On top of that this game has also sold NFTs (Non-fungible tokens) [4] that break Roblox TOS. [5] There is much more that has been broken by Roblox Pet Sim X, but you get the idea. 

But What's the Big Deal?

Well, with children being introduced to gambling at a young age, they are very likely to gamble in the future. [6] Not only that but due to Roblox making major profits off this game they have kept silent about a game that WILL NOT follow their 'crutch's' (Roblox) rules. The more Roblox is silent about this, the more our kids get hurt, and if our kids get hurt, our future is hurt. Please sign the petition today and spread it.

This petition is merely just for people to speak up on Pet Sim X's violations of Roblox Tos and our children's safety. This in no way is a petition that can take down the game once it reaches its goal, it is just a way to express concern and get Roblox to do their job. This portion will later be edited if this petition can impact Roblox's actions legally. In the mean time speak up and do what you can to get Roblox to stop letting children be manipulated by this game. This is not just the game but the Roblox corporation's fault, Roblox should be held accountable for not taking action, do not let corporations become corrupt, detoxify our media!
