Please use your full name(first and last) and allow it to be shown when given that as an option. Once we collect all of the signatures, we are planning on printing them out on one document as a spreadsheet to present to administration for verification of nurses who signed and work for LAMC. We did not know that it was an option to sign and hide your name. That being an option may hurt our mission if nurses chose it and nurses have already begun to make that choice.If you sign a petition in person your name appears on the paper. Please allow this to be the same process online as it would be in person for authenticity purposes. Use full names. And share this with your colleagues as well.
