While all focus is rightly on Nick Adderley, the corruption within his force does not end with his removal. Complaints raised and supressed about Willyman by his successor Ivan Balhatchet are showing he is cut from the same cloth as Adderley and is ignoring this prime opportunity to clean house and help the remaining good officers rebuild both their own morale and relationship with the public.
A further example of my own experience being told the name and who to ID for a crime demonstrate how broken and rotten the culture within Northants Police.
Until such time as Ivan Balhatchet acts upon corrupt officers and suspends senior officers like DSu Joseph Banfield who manages a great many of these, I will continue to expose them.
We the public deserve a lot better than a token sacking of Nick Adderley!
