I will be attending the misconduct hearing next week so will aim to provide updates each day where permitted.

The likely outcome of the hearing will be Adderley's dismissal which is a partial aim of this petition. In this event I will still be making representations for his pension to be removed under the proceeds of crime act, although this does require a criminal charge to be made first and result in a conviction. 

I will update you as matters develop.
