The latest update about Nick Adderley may seem like a positive development that he will face disciplinary action, but it is important not to be seduced or confused by IOPC spin.

He is still ONLY facing Police in an employment capacity, NOT in a criminal capacity!

If he resigns before this hearing then he does not need to attend it.
