We still have yet to hear from anyone from the school, church, or diocese regarding this. We were informed of the decision at the same time as the rest of the parents and faculty by mass email. 

Thank you to everyone who supported Jimmy and our family in this difficult situation. We appreciate each and every one of you. Almost 7,000 votes- we are speechless.

It is with sadness that I inform you that Principal Mary Flock will not be returning to St. Bonaventure next school year. 

Since joining our school community, Ms. Flock has worked diligently to help our students excel academically and grow in their faith and values.

We are profoundly grateful for Ms. Flock's many contributions during her tenure. Her unwavering dedication to Catholic education and commitment to nurturing our children's spiritual and academic growth will be missed. 

We wish her all the best in her future endeavors and pray that God continues to bless her with fulfillment in all that she does.

As we search for a new principal, Dr. Denise Valadez, Associate Superintendent of the Diocese of Orange Department of Catholic Schools will lead the school along with Assistant Principals Ms. Brigette Rivera and Mr. Caleb McFerran. We want to assure you that we are steadfast in our commitment to maintaining a Christ-centered learning environment with high standards of academic excellence. 

We will keep you informed throughout the process and appreciate your patience and support.

As it is natural for people of faith, we continue to ask God, through the intercession of St. Bonaventure and Venerable Nano Nagle, to bless us, grant us healing, and lead us joyfully in our new journey.
