thank you to all who have signed and shared! this is incredible. we still have work to do and more people to educate. I have secured a meeting with Harold Pope on Friday to discuss some ideas. I want to discuss our concerns as well as maybe proposing a bill to ensure the gaps in SB40 are filled and that the ruling of Chatrie v US is codified in NM law. I think these are feasible safeguard to get in place since the law already exists. He is part of the Science, t Technology, and Telecommunications Committee and I think data security is right up his alley.
