As a long time Alabama / Atlanta sports fan I have seen my fair share of mistakes from a single position group: Kickers. I truly cannot understand why they have a place in football. We are letting on person decide the outcome of 60 minute games in a span of 10-15 seconds of the overall game. It is disrespectful to all of the players who actually work hard at practice every week and put their body on the line, just for one guy who cannot handle the one job they have to ruin all of their work. People who behave like this don’t have a job, and I believe we should start enforcing this in all levels of the sport.
