Judge Cohen’s unethical bullying tactics during a 2022 re-election campaign deserves the harshest punishment. Kaysia initially filed a report against Judge Cohen and informed the Judicial Commission that Judge Cohen lied to various organizations and forwarded emails about her opponent, Kaysia Earley, Esq. in an attempt to tarnish her reputation to “win” her re-election. The Supreme Court has the ultimate disciplinary authority over her final punishment whether to suspend or remove Judge Cohen off the bench PERMANENTLY!!
