Judge Mardi Levey Cohen admitted (see signed stipulation) in court documents to violating Florida’s judicial conduct code when she impersonated the IRS to intimidate Kaysia Earley, Esq. Cohen is among thousands of state and local judges across America who remains on the bench of extraordinary power and prestige AFTER violating judicial ethics rules or breaking laws they pledged to uphold.  Cohen was allowed to bully and intimidate her opponent to keep her seat.
