On October 4, 2024 mlive news reported that honorable Diane Rapleye would not be seeking re-election even though she was listed on the preliminary ballot in August the judge is not on the ballot for the November election. Instead, her exhusband, Bill rappleye  is now running for probate judge. The couple divorced in private and still have an excellent business relationship. With a substitute judge sitting on the bench currently, Diane Rappleye  will not be resuming the bench at all, and that will no longer be her office after November. Because after November, she will not be a probate judge anymore.

everyone who has followed, this petition specifically, knows the history of judicial corruption, and judicial unfairness that this courthouse is known for, And will not be fooled by this act by both Diane and bill rappleye to keep their hand in the pocket of the American people! 

while getting the judge off the bench is a small victory for us. It does not undo any ruling this corrupt judge has made, and there’s still work to be done , The battle is not over and we need to make sure this petition follows this judge no matter where she goes, no matter what county she tries to run in whether it’s for a judge, supreme court, a chairman or a city counselor, we will not let the people forget!!!!! This judge has the blood of three children on her hands, and we will not stay silent!!! 

My heart goes out to each one of you who have shared your personal story with me, and I want you to know that I personally have cried tears over your losses at the hands of this ruthless judge!! And I will keep fighting for you and your children!  And come this November if you have not voted yet and live in Jackson County, Please use your voice to vote for judicial fairness, and not put money in the pockets of these corrupt judges, who can’t be trusted to do the right thing!

And if you don’t know who you will vote for WRITE in your favorite attorney for probate judge And let the city know that here we only support judicial fairness, And they no longer have our trust when it comes to these corrupt judges! 

this petition will remain open, so people can forever speak out against this judge, and the atrocious acts of injustice she has forced upon the people! I know many are still scared to share their story because they were threatened by this judge, And the many of people they have been brave enough to share your stories - Every single one of you is a hero for speaking up for your child!
