Hi, I am a victim of California’s Family Court Services; twice over.
I am the first generation victim. My mother hid me from my father, changed my last name, took me out of the country, told me my father was dead, and lied to me about my father. All the while California forced child support from my father to my mother. I realized this when I turned of age when my mother told me she was collecting child support and it just ended. I realized my father was still alive. When the payments stopped I was kicked out. I searched for my father and found him. I had eight years to get to know my father before he passed away from old age. Eight years was not enough time. Of all the years that were taken from me… A child needs both of their parents… sometimes later is too late for a child to reconnect with their other parent.
Years down the road…
My child is being held ransom for money by the local family court services. The system allows a gold digger, take advantage of the local laws to bully me into submission. Forcing me out of our child’s life, a little at a time, to support their gold digging claims on our child. Cash for children is a real thing. Pure gold, d’em der children bring…

California supports these gold claims… all the while the veins dry up. Once the vein is gone they move on to the next child. My own attorney suggested I give up after I told him I have no more funds to pay.
The culprits are more than just the mothers… it’s the: judges, commissioners, attorneys, lawyers, therapists, counselors, doctors… you name it… if they have anything to do with the courts; they are gold diggers just the same. Blood money. You get incarcerated if you don’t pay. You lose your house, your home, your children, and everything… sounds too much like a loan shark or a mafia… you pay us to keep you safe but if you don’t pay, we break. Sounds safe to me… I’m on board.
So I ask my readers, to stand up, and say no more. Too many fathers have taken their lives because they lost hope. I served to defend our constitution from foreign or domestic enemies. I ask you to join in on the fight to do the same. The courts are the domestic enemies who are corrupt and are holding our children for ransom. Now days… this is considered terrorist activity. In a time of war there is no judge or jury or prosecutor. Except one… Judge Dred…
Holding child support over someone is like strapping a bomb to a child and holding for ransom. If you don’t pay we will take your child from you. As the child support division sucks you dry; the courts are slowly removing you from your child every hearing. Increasing the distance between you and your child. One to make that judgement… is giving one person too much power. There should be a jury by peers.
The fees we pay to attorneys are ridiculous! $400/hr!? Really? It’s like paying a doctor to save your child who graduated with a c minus all through college just for the money. I saw the difference between my ex’s attorney and mine. They fight for women but hang the men out to dry to collect funds when laundered. We never stood a chance right from the beginning.
