After last night's HISD board meeting  it is painfully apparent that the Board of Managers will not do anything to get rid of Mike Miles. 

HISD teachers and staff are being laid off due to this budget deficit. Mike Miles refuses to tell the truth about the budget and the layoffs. We have run out of pleas and speeches to the HISD Board of Managers.

It's time for us to take the fight to Austin. We've started a Gofundme campaign that will cover the cost for buses, food, lodging, signs and other expenses for community members who choose to participate.

This is a community effort and no donation is too small. There's no calvary coming to save HISD. We are the calvary! The power is the people.
