The Houston Justice Coalition filed a discrimination complaint with the U.S. Department of Education alleging that Texas is discriminating against Houston schoolchildren by taking over the majority-minority school district. 

They are taking statements from parents, teachers, or community members who would like provide their story as evidence of discrimination against parents, students, or staff in HISD.
