As a concerned citizen, I am deeply troubled by the content that is currently being broadcasted across our radio waves when Doireann takes the mic. Her segments are filled with pointless chatter, veering off into vapid discussions that serve no purpose other than to gratify her personal ambitions. Even worse, the platform she holds is being used to spread what can only be termed as shallow, liberal ideologies which do more harm than good, especially to the impressionable young minds in our society.

A good radio presenter not only entertains but educates and provides meaningful content that benefits the community at large. Unfortunately, Doireann's performance at the station falls short in every aspect. A considerable number of listeners have expressed their dissatisfaction with her superficial style and lack of substance, taking to social media to voice their discontent. Moreover, her deficiency in genuine conversational skills undermines the quality of discussion we deserve on public radio.

RTE 2FM has a responsibility to maintain the standard of broadcasting that reflects the values and needs of its audience.
