The Thermopolis Independent Record has printed the entire report from Special Prosecutor Daniel Erramouspe. While Officer Mascorro is found to have been acting within his boundaries of self defense, the report does go into detail regarding the events of that day & the review of bodycam footage after the incident. 
Everyone should read this & educate yourself, so that we can continue to educate others & push for the Town of Thermopolis to handle this issue.
