The corruption comes from the top. Stealing from parishioners is a normal and acceptable practice in the Vatican and dioceses.

Incompetent Archbishop Jose Gomez has over 400 people working at the diocese and is currently extorting parishioners with a "Called to Renew" scam campaign.
