FINALLY!!! This is another one of Cdl Roger Mahony's protected monsters. Mahony appointed this evil doer as bishop and has protected him for over 13 years.
Mahony made him bishop in 2004 ignoring the accusations that date back to 1990.
Incompetent Archbishop José H. Gomez did nothing and allowed him to remain auxiliary bishop for 7 years.
Waiting for Mahony to leave for good!!!!
