Today, we are beyond proud to share that our campaign has made a difference. After months of sharing our story, raising awareness, and standing together through various platforms, we have officially been approved for IVF funding, and the policy has been changed for the better.

This started as something deeply personal. An open discussion against a system that overlooked people facing infertility due to medical conditions and unfair criteria. What we discovered along the way is that this wasn’t just our story, it was the story of so many others, being denied the fair and reasonable chance to grow a family, despite the safeguarding put in place previously to allow it to happen. 

Because of your support, signatures, shares, and voices, that message could no longer be ignored.

Together, we have:

• Brought attention to overlooked cases such as our own 
• Helped push forward and influence meaningful change in IVF access  
• Challenged an unfair system 
• Encourage and instigate thought-provoking conversations about a sensitive, but important topic
• Given Ben & I a chance 

This victory is not just ours, it belongs to every single one of you who stood with us. And more importantly, it will help future families who would have otherwise faced the same barriers.

To everyone who believed in this cause: thank you. You turned heartbreak into hope, and hope into action. This is what people power looks like, and this is proof that change is possible.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for helping us challenge the situation we found ourselves in, and have a positive outcome. This is only the beginning for Ben and myself.
