Good news: Today's Provincial budget announcement includes more support for renters, including significant increases to the Rental Assistance Program income thresholds for eligibility AND nearly doubling the supplement amounts. 

The Shelter Aid for Elderly Renters program is also getting an increase to income thresholds and supplement amounts.

However, non-profit co-op residents are STILL not eligible for EITHER of these programs!! Please consider sharing this petition to get the word out to folks across the province - let's push David Eby to make this change and help vulnerable community members the support they need.
