Alas, parliament does not accept petitions in the change.org format.  A revised petition which IS acceptable is available for you to sign on the Government Petitions website as detailed in the last update. 

It is petition number EN0807.  The petition does refer back to this one, but it would be helpful if everyone could also sign the petition on the government website.  Here is the link
