Victory! The abandoned vehicles are finally gone!

BCC, using its local authority powers under the Refuse Disposal (Amenity) Act 1978, had issued a notice for these vehicles to be removed from the public highway on 27th June 2026. The local community is celebrating today, 8th of July 2026, as the abandoned vehicles were finally moved from our road after 26 months! Thank you all for your support, with especial thanks to our Cllr Jordan Phillips for effectively dealing with the issue of abandoned vehicles in the Brandwood area of Birmingham.
