The Center Township Police Department and Beaver County, including District Attorney David Lozier, are allegedly participating in multiple cover ups of police brutality by distinctly and maliciously misinterpreting community concern, public outrage, and the trauma of all families involved (including Mr. Vineyard's). Just four months ago, right before Kenneth Vineyard was murdered by a part-time and or off-duty Center Township Police Officer, the Center Township Police and local media reported on a man "shooting and killing himself" in the back of a police cruiser. However, the articles found reporting on this incident DECLARE that Center Township police DISARMED and HANDCUFFED the dentist who was shot and killed in POLICE CUSTODY. Frankly, I am afraid for my life and the lives of my community members with this police department patrolling the streets. They are, in my personal opinion, abusing their power and influence to harm Center Township community members, with at least two of these members losing their lives in the process. 

How is it that a Good Samaritan is killed shortly after a man dies and is shot in the back of a Center Township police cruiser? How is it that we as a community are forced to live in fear of people tasked with "protecting" the community? It feels incredibly impossible, IN MY OPINION, for someone who has been disarmed, handcuffed, and taken into custody to shoot and kill themselves. This feels disrespectful to the dead human beings we are hearing about in the news. Accountability is a must.
