Alfred Cole, the father, viewed the tapes handed over by the Thomas County Sheriff’s Office to GBI.
We want to see all videos, even the ones they did not show the father. Family is still awaiting Freedom of Information Requests fulfillment.
We have not seen the videos to confirm the details below.
Video footage showed Thomas County Sheriff's deputies following Alfred Shawntez Cole for a few blocks, before turning on sirens. The deputy vehicle was a "ghost" striped vehicle (ghost striping police units allows officers to remain discreet). Alfred Shawntez Cole came to a stop and was rammed by the deputies vehicle. Deputies then fired over a dozen shots at the 19 year old as he exited the vehicle. The deputies were in plain clothes with bullet proof vest on.
