Recently, on August 16 2017, Khumoyun Rakhmonov's parents' house was broken into by more than ten people! The man in charge accused Khumoyun's father of being a terrorist and tried to force him to write a letter of forgiveness with a request to remove the family from some "black lists" of the Uzbek government. They also searced the whole house for Khumoyun's brother, Abdusami Rakhmonov, as the Uzbek government has been unhappy with his activeness in trying to free political prisoners in the country, especially his brother. The only way to release him is to create noise and shine light on the Uzbek government's treatment of political prisoners, outrageous prison sentences, and cruel torture. Only when the government sees that the people are watching and taking action, will they release Khumoyun Rakhmonov.
