Hello Super Supporters!
It’s been an incredible weekend. My mind is blown! THANK YOU!
Thank you so much to all of you who are and have been taking action since Friday Morning by contacting Clearcast and sharing the petition on Facebook, Twitter, email etc calling on them to take responsibility and undo the ban on Iceland’s Christmas Advert.
Rima from Change.org took the time to contact and speak to me regarding the campaign and the action we are taking.
Since we started, the campaign has been featured in many news articles including the Ladbible, the Sun, the Mirror. This is brilliant because it spreads the word, raises awareness and will get Clearcast’s attention! Please keep sharing these.
Email to Clearcast:
Unfortunately Clearcast are yet to respond to the petition and it is this company we need the response from so I ask that you please email their Managing Director below. Let’s keep up the momentum and people power, because they cannot ignore consumer demand and our desire for positive change to happen! I have created a template below you can use to make it easier or feel free to write your own message:

Please email Clearcast - enquiries@clearcast.co.uk
Subject line: Please respond to the public on Iceland advert !
Dear Chris Mundy,
I’m one of hundreds of thousands who have signed the petition change.org/nopalmoilchristmas calling on you to clear Iceland’s advert which highlights the impact the use palm oil is having on our planet.
The reason for the ban have nothing to do with Iceland or Rang-tan’s story directly and the ad has an important role to play in teaching us about palm oil consumption. We ask that you listen to the public, take responsibility and recognise the importance of the message by finding a solution and reversing the ban.
We hope to hear from you soon! Thank you,

I have seen many of you are calling on celebrities and public figures to raise awareness and share the petition link and this is great! Please continue to do this. The more awareness we can raise the better!
Thank you for your continued support and let's get the Iceland Christmas Advert onto our television screens! And don’t forget to #NoPalmOilChristmas
Mark :)
