Hello Supporters,

I want to update you that I had my master hearing on April 24, 2019. I still need your help and support. The Judge did qualify me for an application I-589 for relief option of convention against torture because my family and I suffered past persecution from the country we fled Laos and Thailand. As I am detained for no crime committed, I believe and have faith God is with me in prison and has given me comfort and many of you are touched by my fight and petition to stay in the U.S with my family and continue to seek proper medical treatment.

With that being said, my fight is not over yet. I am scheduled a hearing on May 31, 2019. I ask that many of you keep me in prayer and for Honorary Judge Joseph Park would grant me a relief to not deport me because human dignity and the right to life, freedom, and liberty is very important to everyone. Please keep sharing this petition because your support will change and make a difference in immigration court decision.

Thank you so much,

Vilay
