First and foremost, I wanted to thank everyone sincerely for their support. Though I figured a few like-minded fans would agree with my stance, I never expected to be closing in on 20,000 signatures, especially so soon. Many of you even included comments of support, videos of advocacy, and monetary donations to help our petition be noticed. YOU are the reason we are where we are!

There is more SNOW in the forecast where I am, here in Canada, and I hope that I can persuade you to make one final push for this campaign. We are a mere 1,000 signatures from 20,000, at which point I will begin the process of raising our request with Lionsgate. Right now, I am drawing up my complete plan of action yo deliver this petition, as well as a backup plan if I get no response from Lionsgate. I have high hopes that we can get our extended version.

I’m not asking for any financial donations or lofty requests at this point in time. All we need are a few more signatures. Can you share our request one more time with friends, families and fans? If you have a viral acquaintance who loves the hunger games, why not put this on their radar as well? 

Every last signature counts! And remember, it’s not over until the Mockingjay sings.
