Thank you. Now the nation is reading about it.

To everyone who has signed and shared: thank you. Your support is working.

Today The Saturday Paper published a major piece on the Psychology Board's plan to lower the qualification to practise from master's to undergraduate level. Please read it and share it:

The Psychology Board did not respond to questions from The Saturday Paper.

This is the start of our media push. Now we have the chance to reshape the narrative with facts and evidence, and make sure the government sees the full picture.

Where we are now

We have secured a meeting with the Department. That is real progress, and it is because of you.

We have a broad group of MPs and Senators meeting with us at Parliament House on Oct 26. We are grateful for their interest and concern, and for their commitment to taking time out of their busy schedules to hear from us.

But we do not yet have a meeting with Minister Butler. Health Ministers will decide whether to endorse this model. They need to hear us first.

We need 10,000+ signatures. Please share the petition and the article today. Send it to one colleague, one friend, one family member. Every name counts.

Thank you for standing with us. Together we are protecting the future of psychology, so every Australian can access the highly trained psychologists they deserve.
