Actions Needed! Another Vote is April 9th on the same Mega Subdivision that was voted down!

The signs around Hwy 187 and Fant's Grove Circle never came down.  I called the number again and I couldn't be told why the signs were not removed.  Next day I went to the Planning Commission staff and I was eventually told that the developer and AnMed had appealed the vote and it was coming back up April 9th for another vote.  It was defeated 4 to 3.  If a planning commissioner that voted against it changes their mind or does not attend the meeting, then it could be approved.  This will be the 3rd vote on Phase II.  It was voted down along with Phase III by a count of 5 to 1 in December.  It was voted down 4 to 3 in March, and now it will be voted on again on appeal.

Action Needed - We need you to show up at the old Anderson courthouse on April 9th at 5:30.  If you feel uncomfortable speaking against the proposal, your presence can make a difference if I ask you to raise your hands if you are against it.

Action Needed - Pendleton Precinct Voters

If you vote in the Pendleton precinct, you received a post card to come out to sign a formal petition to zone unzoned areas with your written signature.  The date to come out is April 6th, Saturday at the Pendleton Depot from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  Address is 157 Cherry Street, Pendleton SC.  The Pendleton Jubilee will Occuring at the same time.  Walk on down to the Depot to visit us.
