Dallas Sanitation Customer,

The Department of Sanitation has been planning changes to trash and recycling collection in the narrowest alleys that present hazards for safe and efficient service.
Recently, we paused our plan to begin moving some customers from alley to curbside collection in January 2026 so we could take a closer look at possible alternative options. Your input is an important part of our review.

Please take a few minutes to complete the enclosed brief survey. Your input will help us understand how customers value alley collection and the importance they place on continuing this service. Even if you have no preference, your response is still very important. Every reply helps us build a clearer picture of neighborhood preferences.
