Hi folks, I'm still waiting on a reply to my response to CC&GBC, as usual they ignore people for as long as they can get away with in the hope that they'll go away. 

More often than not they either lose their jobs usually because of their own actions or incompetence, and then all records of your complaints become mislaid (conveniently) and the whole thing has to start over again. It's how they've ran council and government for years.

Really pisses me off how these people are employed to deal with residents in their area but the one thing they seem intent on, is avoiding contact with them at all costs.

I will not be going away, I'll remain to be a thorn in their side with this issue until they make a conscious effort to do something about it. This carrying out so called meetings with their 'mates, colleagues, acquaintances' and whoever else they keep in their loop scratching each others backs etc will have to stop sooner or later. 

I am carrying on with enquiries in the background and will be back hopefully with some good news soon.
