To our wonderful supporters,

We are now in receipt of UC Davis Athletics internal emails through our Public Records Act (PRA) requests. It is shocking. A reconstructed timeline that raises serious concerns about ethical misconduct is available here:

Athletics rejected donor money that would have saved the team. Athletics misled everyone about the actual cost of the team. Athletics publicly stated the decision to cut the team was based on an extensive 3rd-party analysis, yet their private emails show the analysis was not even done - it was only done after parents and supporters submitted PRA requests for the 3rd-party report.

Please email UC leadership and tell them we know what happened. And that we won't give up fighting for women and for the rightful place of Olympic sports in our universities.

SUBJECT: Athletics Internal Emails Raise Serious Concerns About Ethical Misconduct: Reinstate the 3-Time Championship Women's Equestrian Team 

BODY:  Your internal compliance audit identified serious errors in the narrative that was used to destroy the futures of 50 women athletes.  Rocko DeLuca stated that this decision was based on a 3rd party report that we now know was not incomplete and flawed. And your own published numbers show Title IX violations going back years.

We stand with women and Olympic sports everywhere. Please do the right thing and reinstate the 3-time championship winning women's equestrian team at your top agricultural school.
