Questions of illegal terminations of IT Employees raised in Maharashtra Legislative Assembly

Nascent Information Technology Employees Senate NITES is working extensively for the welfare and rights of IT and ITES employees. Since April 2020 NITES have raised issues and problems being faced by more than 1000s of IT and ITES employees to Chief Minister Maharashtra, Labour Ministry, Labour Departments and District Magistrate against illegal terminations and salary cuts. We are rigorously following up on these issues with the Maharashtra government. But till date after so much efforts as well employees are didn't receive Justice. Hence NITES approached MLC Shri Gopichand Padalkar ji and a question regarding illegal termination of employees has been raised in Winter Session of Maharashtra Legislative Council. Now the government will have to answer this question. We are now eagerly waiting for the Government's answer and Justice for Employees.
