24 hours in and a huge thank you to those of you have already signed up and promoted or shared this urgent petition. There are around 3,000 women living in the Warminster Community Area eligible for breast cancer screening and, if just 5% of these are deterred from attending, this could ultimately lead to two cases of undetected breast cancer. And we should not underestimate the worry and anxiety of not being able to be screened.   The NHS states that screening van sites are located based on local insight and can be moved to support local communities and where there is a need.  You are playing your part in voicing that need so please keep telling others, sharing this petition and steering those without access to social media to the change.org. website!
