It is clear that the course stats removal was just the first in a wave of changes, and the planned future changes would detrimentally hide further information. It is important we continue to stand up and be counted in our opposition to all these changes, and reach as many fellow parkrunners with the information of the direction that parkrun is being taken in, so they have the opportunity to have their voices heard too.
You are all invited to join us in getting together with fellow BBTS supporters this Saturday! It will be great to meet with likeminded parkrunners, perhaps chat with some locals about what is going on, and get photos of our supporters together. We could even get to squeeze in some naughty tourism whilst we are at it. If you have decided to not do parkrun anymore please do consider coming and just not scanning, avoiding the finish funnel.
