Sir Tom Jones showed just why hes a Living Legend..... A Masterclass of Coaching, Sir Tom Jones coached four winners in his time on The Voice UK but it didnt just end there...
Tom Jones was very much involved with artists after their time on the show, nurturing them and giving them a chance to establish themselves as acts outside the show and even taking them on the road with him to perform on tour with him as warm up acts, opening them up to a fan base. Sir Tom has been royally sh@£ted by ITV which the show and the station will live to regret and viewers use their own voice by switching off, afterall he is/was the reason most people watched the show. This impromptu performances, stories and knowledge built up over SIX PLUS DECADES is unsupassable and not only proved invaluable to contributors but great viewing. Sir Tom has won two Brit Awards, MTV Awards and is even a Grammy Winner not to mention having a star on the "Hollywood Walk Of Fame". Tom just a few weeks ago had a Number 1 Hit after perforning "The Tower Of Song actually on The Voice UK topping the iTunes Chart and a Number 1 Album last year wuth Surrounded By Time. A true force of nature Tom continues to sell out venues around the world, most recently his "Come Gather Round Tour" and is as popular today as he was in 1965 when he recorded his first Number 1 "Its Not Unusual". To be AXED so brutally by itv is aweful and extremley disrespectful. Itv released a statement ... Thanking the "irreplaceable" Tom Jones by announcing his "replacement" wtaf !.
To be replaced by Cheryl Tweedy to be fair isnt right, Im sure shes a nice person and its not her fault (its The Voice UK and Itv's fault) but she cant hold a light to Tom and although younger, isnt "current", hasnt had a single out for over 12 years and cant really sing live so I dont know really how they can justify it apart for shes "friends" with Execs and Producers. However and Whatever the reason(s) viewers are not happy and upon finding out had made their feelings known and felt by "Switching Off" and voting for the immeduate return of Tom with viewing figures for the current show dropping from over 8.5 million to just 1.5 million..... itv have dropped a royal clanger of epic proportions and are finding this to their detrement. Without "The Voice" on "The Voice" there is "No Voice UK".....
Vot at Change.org to reinstate "Our Tom" ... We Want Tom ! We Want Tom ! "We Want Tom !
