Franklin High School students are home today following another shooting outside the school. A total of 6 shootings outside Portland Public Schools (PPS) in 6 months and PPS remains silent regarding school safety patrols and School Resource Officers. This level of violence and danger is completely unacceptable in our schools - we must tell PPS to act now! Please share our petition for school safety and write the superintendent and school board.
