Since we started in Jan 2025, we have been calling for the reinstatement of the r/MJlInnocent subreddit and demanding fair, unbiased moderation on Reddit.
The removal of r/MJInnocent and the continued existence of subreddits like r/LeavingNeverlandHBO perpetuate an unacceptable imbalance.
This blatant bias not only silences Michael Jackson's supporting community but also sets a dangerous precedent for all Reddit users.
Our petition is not just about reinstating one subreddit; it's about ensuring all voices are heard and valued on the platform without censorship.
We urge Reddit's administrators to:
- Reinstate r/MJIlnnocent and other unfairly removed subreddits.
- Implement fair, neutral, and unbiased moderation practices.
- Ensure all communities, regardlessof size or opinion, are treated equally without censorship.
We are calling out Reddit Admin, asking they address the unfair bias, prejudice, and racism towards MichaelJackson and our community who supports him.
We ask Reddit Admin to provide a legitimate reason for:
- The removal of r/MJInnocent.
- The removal of mods from r/MichaelJackson, leaving the subinactive.
- The unfair banning of community members without warnings.
We have had no response from Reddit admins regarding our requests. This lack of transparency and accountability indicates a clear bias against MichaelJackson and our supporting community.
Recently, Reddit admins selected new moderators for the r/MichaelJackson sub, but the process was flawed, and the new mods are struggling to maintain a safe and welcoming space.
Trolls and haters have invaded the sub, and the new mods are banning long-time members for interacting with previous moderators.
We advocate for active, experienced moderators who can foster a fair, supportive space for all members.
