After a bout of shootings in 2022 and an increase in violence and property crimes this statement was made to ALL the news media outlets.
The promise was made to increase patrols, increase efforts in the neighborhoods and actually conduct community policing. Well…
none of that happened.
It’s been more than a year and not a single change happened. In fact the only time an effort was made was at a staged event earlier in the summer where a church activity was hijacked and claimed as the dept. Virtually no credit was given to the church.
Since that staged kickball/church event happened the agency has done nothing at all in the neighborhood.
So not only does the administration support lying and manufacturing documents to further their agenda they have zero problems lying to the media and the public.
