This is what fighting for the constitution looks like on a slow day

So there are many aspects to protecting peoples rights under the US Constitution.  One of them is research and paperwork.  It’s not exciting but I’ve learned a lot more than I already knew and it’s an amazing document that protects us everyday.  

We swear an oath to uphold the Constitution as well as the laws of the land.  Ultimately however, all of that goes back to the people.   Law Enforcement is here to protect people and their rights.  

That said, the water is murky sometimes when dealing with Constitutional law especially when someone is trying to subvert it and act as if their own opinion and policy can supersede Federal Law.
