Overwatch has only provided Jack with automated responses reporting that bans are permanent and not to be overturned - This is a disgrace to gaming and a big ol' smudge on blizzards reputation (One that is already suffering). No real person has come to assist Jack and review the video evidence that he was not cheating, just incredibly INSANE at this dumbass game. He has vowed never to give Blizzard another cent and we believe Jack is owed financial compensation for the trauma he has been through.
