Clark County School District

The Clark County School District (CCSD) wants every student to feel connected at school, and each of our 378 campuses offers multiple before- and after-school programs.

All community- and teacher-led programs must comply with CCSD Regulations 4250: Outside Activities (last updated in 2006) and 4270: Conflict of Interest (last updated in 2001).

For example, Regulation 4250 prohibits educators from using a school building where they are employed to conduct private tutoring assignments or operate a business they own.

While CCSD looks at expanding before- and after-school opportunities for students, we must enforce our policies and regulations.
