This update is to clarify where things stand.

I created this petition to speak honestly about practitioner safety and accountability within healthcare systems, based on my lived experience as a Registered Massage Therapist in Ontario.

Over the past while, it’s become clear to me that continuing to advocate publicly comes with personal and emotional costs that I’m not able to carry right now. As a result, I’m stepping back from all public advocacy connected to this petition.

This is not a retraction of what I shared, nor a statement that the concerns raised here are resolved. The experiences and issues that led to this petition still exist.

The petition will remain available for those who wish to read or sign it. I won’t be engaging in public discussion or updates beyond this point.
