Here is what I wrote to Mr. Murphy. I will post another update once I hear from his office. I am also going to write a letter and send it in the mail. Stay tuned folks. 

Mr. Murphy, 
I write to you to ask you please help do something about this delivery fee from south jersey gas. I have started a petition last year to regulate south jersey gas delivery fee. I have enclosed a recent snapshot of my gas bill and delivery fee. I have also included a link to the petition that I proudly admit has 475 signatures. I was able to be on heap last year and usf, and with the funds provided I shouldn't have had to make a out of pocket payment until may of this year. The funds are depleted and now I am having a tough time recertifying. Please look at the documents I uploaded and please if you can get back to me as to what can be done about this issue. I am on SSI and if it wasn't for the delivery fee I could pay my gas bill. I already was shut off in November of 2023 having to pay a $500 deposit to get it turned back on. Please help us. Thank you so much for taking time to read this and address this issue.
